I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual client’s needs. I can help you learn skills to handle uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, clarify what is meaningful to you, and take action to build a life you value. I believe in evidence-based practice and have expertise in several approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) . In addition, I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD.
